The present invention relates to a flame sterilization device that sterilizes a surface of a culture ground with flames, the culture ground being used for the cultivation of crops such as mushrooms, and, more particularly, to an environmentally-friendly flame sterilization device for a mushroom culture ground that performs quick and efficient flame combustion-based sterilization on a large quantity of harmful fungi, larvae, and germs such as green mold gradually reproducing at a surface layer part of the mushroom culture ground as a result of repeated mushroom cultivation and harvesting using the mushroom culture ground and allows recycling of the mushroom culture ground that has been discarded due to harmful fungi resulting from mushroom cultivation and harvesting over a long period of time.
