The polyethylene oxide polymer and maximum container wall height (h) are selected such that the relationship between said molecular weight of said polyethylene oxide polymer and said maximum height of said wall is represented by the area below the line according to the formula polyethylene oxide molecular weight (million)=10*h (mm)+7.
