A diaper accessory is disclosed including an elongated sticker having an adhesive layer with baby wipes and a disposal bag provided thereto. The sticker includes a pair of envelopes useful for retaining baby wipes and a disposal bag. The adhesive layer includes a non-adhesive strip that is removable to exposed an adhesive component such that the elongated sticker is attachable to an outside of a diaper. The envelope containing the baby wipes is adhesively attachable to a front of the diaper, and the envelope containing the disposal bag is adhesively attachable to a rear of the diaper.
