There is provided a venting system for enteral feeding having a reflux bag in fluid communication with an enteral feeding site on a patient. The bag has a vent that relieves enteral pressure from the patient and is located within a bellows that compresses the refluc bag after the vent relieves. The system does not rely on gravity to urge the liquid in the reflux bag back to the patient so it may be used by sleeping patients who change positions. It may also be placed in a backpack so that the patient may be freed from having to remain seated or prone for long periods of time and can instead lead a more normal lifestyle.Linvention porte sur un système de ventilation pour une alimentation entérale ayant une poche de reflux en communication fluidique avec un site dalimentation entérale sur un patient. La poche a un évent qui fait chuter la pression entérale provenant du patient et est située à lintérieur dun soufflet qui comprime la poche de reflux après que lévent a fait chuter la pression. Le système ne repose pas sur la gravité pour presser le liquide dans la poche de reflux de nouveau vers le patient, doù il résulte quil peut être utilisé par des patients endormis qui changent de position. Il peut également être placé dans un sac à dos de sorte que le patient puisse être dispensé davoir à rester assis ou allongé pendant de longue période de temps et peut conduire à la place à un mode de vie plus normal.
