PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a needleless syringe which facilitates the filling of a substance to be injected such as an injection solution, is less likely to cause leakage of the substance to be injected in the preparation of the injection, and easily discharges air left in a filling chamber after the filling.SOLUTION: A needleless syringe for injecting a substance to be injected in a region to be injected by emitting the substance to be injected without mediation of an injection needle includes: a filling part having a filling hole where an outside supply device is connected, a filling chamber which can house the substance to be injected supplied through the filling hole, a plunger which is slidable in the filling chamber, and a nozzle part for emitting the substance to be injected from an emitting hole and a driving part for imparting emission energy to the plunger. A plug body is inserted in the filling hole through which the substance to be injected is supplied from the outside supply device to the filling chamber through the filling hole in a manner to press the substance to be injected that is present in the filling hole.COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】無針注射器において注射液等の注射目的物質の充填が容易であり、また注射準備の際に注射目的物質の漏出が生じにくく、更には充填後の充填室に残った空気を容易に外部に排出する。【解決手段】注射針を介することなく、注射目的物質を射出することで該注射目的物質を注射対象領域に注射する無針注射器であって、外部供給装置が接続される充填孔と、該充填孔を介して供給される注射目的物質を収容可能な充填室と、充填室内で摺動可能なプランジャと、射出口から該注射目的物質を射出するノズル部と、を有する充填部と、射出エネルギーをプランジャに付与する駆動部とを備える。そして、外部供給装置から充填孔を介して充填室へ注射目的物質の供給が行われた該充填孔に対して、該充填孔内に存在する該注射目的物質を押圧するように栓体が挿入される。【選択図】図5
