The present invention relates to a treatment device for an endoscope and, more specifically, to a treatment device for an endoscope having a detachable end effector and a contamination prevention cover. The treatment device for an endoscope comprises an end effector to perform a treatment in a treatment device for an endoscope or an endoscope surgery instrument； a connection unit detachably coupled to one end of the end effector； and a contamination prevention cover which is coupled to the connection unit or the end effector, and encloses a portion of the outer circumferential surface of the connection unit to prevent contamination of the connection unit. According to embodiments of the present invention, the end effector can be separated and replaced individually and the cover for protecting a control unit is formed. Therefore, cross infection between patients caused by contamination of the end effector and the control unit can be prevented.본 발명은 내시경용 처치구에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 착탈 가능한 엔드이펙터와 오염방지 커버를 갖는 내시경용 처치구에 관한 것으로, 내시경용 처치구나 내시경 수술 기구에 있어서 처치를 행하는 엔드이펙터, 상기 엔드이펙터의 일단에 탈착가능하게 결합되는 연결부 및 상기 연결부 또는 엔드이펙터에 결합되며, 상기 연결부의 외주면 일부를 둘러싸 상기 연결부의 오염을 방지하는 오염방지 커버를 포함한다. 본 발명의 실시예에 따르면, 엔드이펙터만을 분리하여 교체할 수 있으며, 제어부를 보호하는 커버가 형성되기 때문에, 엔드이펙터 및 제어부의 오염으로 인해 발생하는 환자 간의 교차감염을 예방할 수 있다.
