PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a raw laver cutting device of high performance, giving a rubbing action to raw laver and supplying delicious laver by a work of finely cutting the raw laver without breaking cells of the laver, and forming a crushed shape in order to raise a washing efficiency.SOLUTION: A raw laver cutting device includes a disk-like plate 1 and a rotary knife 7. The raw laver cutting device of high performance is such that: the disk-like plate 1 of a diameter of 120-180 mmφ has a multi communication opening having 600-1,000 holes in total the multi communication opening is arranged on a parabola from a center line of the disk-like plate at an initial angle of 20-60°, is formed in a nearly rod-like shape 3 where a ratio of length/width is a ratio of 1.5-3 times based on a length of the opening of 5-15 mm, and the top of the plate 1 is in a through rod-like hole group state of being arranged continuously in a secondary curve and all through rod-like holes are carved so as to form an inclination of an angel of 5-20°, and each hole edge at a rear side in the rotation direction is a blade part 8 of an obtuse angle of 80-95°.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】生海苔を、海苔の細胞を壊さず、微細に裁断する等の作業をもって、該生海苔に揉み作用を与え、美味しい海苔を提供でき、洗浄効率を上げるための破砕形状にする高性能生海苔裁断装置の提供。【解決手段】円盤状プレート1と回転ナイフ7からなる生海苔の裁断装置において、直径120~180mmφの円盤状プレート1に総計600~1000個を有する多通穴状開口を有して、当該多通穴状開口を円盤状プレートの中心線から初期角度で20~60°の放物線上に並べて、開口の長さ5~15mmで、長さ/幅の比率が1・5~3倍の比率にした略棒状形状3にして、しかも核プレート1上を二次的曲線に連続に並んだ貫通棒状穴群状態になっており、すべての貫通棒状穴は、5~20°の角度の傾斜を形成されるように彫り込んで、回転方向の後側の各穴縁を80~95°の鈍角の刃部8になっている高性能生海苔裁断装置。【選択図】図1
