PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce equipment cost while efficiently sterilizing chambers of an isolator.SOLUTION: The isolator system includes: first and second operation chambers a sterilization compartment provided between the first and second operation chambers and having a sterilization chamber which can communicate with the first and second operation chambers and a connection part to be connected to the first and second operation chambers a sterilization gas generating device and a sterilization gas supply circuit for supplying a sterilization gas to the first and second operation chambers and the sterilization chamber. The sterilization chamber includes: a first door for taking in/out a sterilized object from outside a second door provided in the connection part to be connected to the first and second operation chambers and a sterilization gas inlet. The sterilization gas supply circuit includes: a first gas supply circuit for supplying the sterilization gas to the sterilization gas inlet and a plurality of second gas supply circuits with output ports at one ends for supplying the sterilization gas to the first and second operation chambers.
