PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic medical device capable of holding an observation object at a desired position of a lumen of a subject, and an ultrasonic diagnostic device.SOLUTION: The ultrasonic medical device relating to an embodiment has a sheath, a capsule type body, and a fixing mechanism. The sheath is inserted into the lumen of the subject to bring an outer circumferential surface into contact with an inner wall surface of the lumen of the subject with the inside filled with liquid. The capsule type body is inserted into the sheath to store an ultrasonic vibrator for transmitting and receiving an ultrasonic wave to/from the subject.
