PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wrist band that is easily detached and is unlikely to be cut by careless action or mischief but is cut without fail by a strong pull.SOLUTION: A wrist band 1 is formed in a band shape of a prescribed length, and has belt parts 3 and 4 on which a plurality of engaging holes 2 are arrayed on one and the other sides thereof. In a belt part 3 that comes to the inner circumferential side when the wrist band is wound round a wrist of a patient, two engaging holes 2A and 2B are formed. The engaging hole 2B on the side farther from the tip of the belt part 3 is a long hole wider than the other engaging hole 2A, and the shape of this engaging hole 2B defines the cutting load of the wrist band 1.
