A portable drug injection device using elastic force and osmotic pressure of the present invention comprises: a housing in which a first partition dividing an inside space into an inner space and an outer space, and a second partition dividing the inner space divided by the first partition into an inner space and an outer space, wherein the first partition and the second partition are made of an elastic material a first port which communicates with the outer space divided by the first partition of the housing and a third port which communicates with the inner space divided by the second partition of the housing. Further, the housing comprises: a first storage unit which corresponds to the outer space of the first partition, and stores a solvent or solution injected from the outside through the first port a second storage unit which corresponds to the outer space of the second partition, and stores a solvent or solution having a higher concentration than the solvent or solution stored in the first storage unit and a third storage unit which corresponds to the inner space of the second partition, and stores a drug injected from the outside through the third port. Additionally, a semipermeable membrane is disposed in the form of a porous membrane on one side of the first partition to selectively pass solvents and solutes within the solution stored inside the first storage unit and the second storage unit.
