The purpose of the present invention is to provide an ultrasonic stent coating system which is capable of constantly coating the coating solution on a stent by accurately spraying a coating solution comprising chemicals in a predetermined direction using ultrasonic waves and air. An ultrasonic stent coating system according to the present invention includes a stent transfer unit which transfers a position of the stent in a state that a stent is fixed, a stent coating unit which sprays a coating solution and generates ultrasonic waves to coat the surface of the stent with the coating solution, and a case part. The stent transfer unit includes a stent fixing part to one end of which the stent is fixed, a rotation power generating part which generates a rotation power, a power transmission part which transmits a rotation power to the stent fixing part to rotate the stent by connecting the rotation power generating part to the other end of the stent fixing part, a joint part which is disposed under the rotation power generating part to maintain a position of the rotation power generating part, and an LM (Linear Motion) driving part on which the joint part is mounted to linearly move the position of the rotation power generating part.
