The present invention relates to solid compositions for making up and/or caring for the skin and/or the lips, comprising at least one fatty phase comprising : - from 5 to 30 % by weight of non volatile hydrocarbonated apolar oil(s), or mixture thereof, relative to the total weight of the composition, - from 43 to 90 % by weight of total content of non volatile silicone oil(s) relative to the total weight of the composition, wherein at least one of said non volatile silicone oil(s) is a non volatile phenylated silicon oil, and - from 3 to 30 % by weight of wax(es), or mixture thereof, relative to the total weight of the composition.La présente invention concerne des compositions solides destinées au maquillage et/ou au soin de la peau et/ou des lèvres, comprenant au moins une phase grasse comprenant : - 5 à 30 % en poids d'huile(s) apolaire(s) hydrocarbonée(s) non volatile(s), ou leur mélange, par rapport au poids total de la composition, - 43 à 90 % en poids de teneur totale en huile(s) de silicone non volatile(s) par rapport au poids total de la composition, au moins une desdites huiles de silicone non volatiles étant une huile de silicone phénylée non volatile, et - 3 à 30 % en poids de cire(s) ou leur mélange, par rapport au poids total de la composition.
