PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a walking vehicle brake structure capable of improving operability of a brake lever.SOLUTION: A brake lever 27 can be operated to a standby position, a brake position above the standby position, and a lock position below the standby position. The brake lever 27 is provided with a projection part 66, a side surface cover part 36a is provided with a passage side surface 91a that engages with the projection part 66 to hold the brake lever 27 in the standby position when the brake lever 27 rotates from the brake position side to the standby position. When the brake lever 27 is operated downward from the standby position, release operation of releasing the engagement of the projection part 66 with respect to the passage side surface 91a can be performed. In order to allow displacement of the brake lever 27 from a rotation axis 27b to the side toward the projection part 66 while the projection part 66 is guided along the passage side surface 91a at the time of the release operation, each axis hole part 61 extends in the displacement direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 11COPYRIGHT: (C)2020,JPO&INPIT【課題】ブレーキレバーの操作性向上を図ることができる歩行車のブレーキ構造を提供する。【解決手段】ブレーキレバー２７は、待機位置と、待機位置よりも上方のブレーキ位置と、待機位置よりも下方のロック位置とに動作可能とされている。ブレーキレバー２７には突出部６６が設けられ、側面カバー部３６ａには、ブレーキレバー２７がブレーキ位置側から待機位置まで回動した場合に、突出部６６と係合してブレーキレバー２７を待機位置にて保持する通路側面９１ａが設けられている。ブレーキレバー２７を待機位置から下方へ動作させることで通路側面９１ａに対する突出部６６の係合を解除する解除操作が可能となっている。解除操作の際に、突出部６６が通路側面９１ａに沿って案内されながらブレーキレバー２７が回動軸２７ｂから突出部６６へと向かう側に変位するのを許容すべく、各軸孔部６１は当該変位する方向に延びている。【選択図】 図１１
