PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray CT apparatus with which information in different time phases can be obtained by a single image capturing.SOLUTION: A calculation unit calculates difference in contrast time phase between a first contrast agent and a second contrast agent. A transmission unit transmits information on the difference in contrast time phase to an injector. A data acquisition unit performs X-ray scan on a subject to which the first contrast agent and the second contrast agent have been injected by an injector at different timings based on the information, at a predetermined timing of image capturing. The data acquisition unit further acquires detection data corresponding to a plurality of different X-ray energies. An image processing unit analyzes the detection data corresponding to the plurality of X-ray energies collected at the predetermined timing of image capturing and generates a plurality of images corresponding to different contrast time phases.【課題】異なる時相の情報を１回の撮影で取得できるＸ線ＣＴ装置を提供する。【解決手段】算出部は、第１造影剤および第２造影剤の造影時相の差を算出する。送信部は、造影時相の差に関する情報をインジェクターに送信する。データ取得部は、インジェクターにより、第１造影剤と第２造影剤とが、前記情報に基づく異なるタイミングで注入された被検体に対し、所定の撮影タイミングでＸ線スキャンを行う。またデータ取得部は、複数の異なるＸ線エネルギーに対応する検出データを取得する。画像処理部は前記所定の撮影タイミングで収集された複数のＸ線エネルギーに対応する検出データを解析して、異なる造影時相に対応する複数の画像を生成する。【選択図】図４
