PURPOSE: A data correction system of an x-ray apparatus is provided to prevent the rising of maintenance management costs or complexity of procedure by comparing distorted data with reference data which is saved in advance.CONSTITUTION: A test data acquisition unit(110) gets test data detected through an x-ray detector. A reference data storing unit(120) stores reference data. A data comparing unit(130) confirms whether distorted data exists or not by comparing the test data obtained by the test data acquisition unit with the reference data saved in the reference data storing unit. A correction calculation unit(140) calculates a correction value revising difference due to the distorted data after a comparison process. A central control unit(150) controls signal flow between the test data acquisition unit, the reference data storing unit, the data comparing unit, and the correction calculation unit.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012본 발명은 엑스레이 장치의 데이터 보정시스템에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 CdTe(카드뮴-텔루륨) 센서를 사용하는 엑스레이(X-ray) 검출기에서 주변 환경 변화에 따라 기준데이터가 왜곡되어 데이터 특성이 변하였을 때 엑스레이(X-ray)를 조절하였으나, 본 발명에서는 왜곡된 데이터를 보정하여 사용함으로써, 엑스레이(X-ray)를 조절함에 따른 절차적인 복잡성이나 운용상의 비용 문제를 해결하는 엑스레이 장치의 데이터 보정시스템에 관한 것이다.본 발명인 엑스레이 장치의 데이터 보정시스템은,엑스레이검출기(30)에 의해 검출된 테스트 데이터를 획득하는 테스트데이터획득부(110)와기준 데이터를 저장하는 기준데이터저장부(120)와상기 기준데이터저장부에 저장된 기준 데이터와 테스트데이터획득부에 의해 획득된 테스트 데이터를 비교하여 왜곡 데이터 유무를 확인하는 데이터비교부(130)와상기 데이터비교부에 의해 비교 후 왜곡 데이터가 존재하면 그 차이를 보정하기 위한 보정치를 계산하는 보정치계산부(140)와상기 테스트데이터획득부(110), 기준데이터저장부(120), 데이터비교부(130), 보정치계산부(140) 간의 신호 흐름을 제어하는 중앙제어부(150)를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.본 발명을 통해 CdTe(카드뮴-텔루륨) 센서를 사용하는 엑스레이(X-ray) 검출기에서 주변 환경 변화 혹은 사용년수에 따라 검출되는 데이터에 오차가 생겼을 때(즉, 데이터가 왜곡되었을 경우에) 새롭게 장비조정부(40)를 조정하지 않고, 왜곡된 데이터를 미리 저장한 기준 데이터와 비교, 보정하여 사용함으로써 절차적인 복잡성이나 유지 관리 비용 상승의 문제를 해결할 수 있는 효과를 제공하게 된다.
