PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a humor-absorbing pad material hardly causing twist during use, and manufacturing method thereof.SOLUTION: A humor-absorbing pad material 1 formed by superposing a plurality of sheets, is formed into a vertically long shape where a longitudinal length is longer than a width-directional length that is orthogonally crossed with the longitudinal length, and formed into a bilaterally-symmetrical external shape with respect to a central line extending in the longitudinal direction. Left/right side edges 11 and 12 extending in the longitudinal direction are narrowed inward.
