The present invention relates to a method of producing propolis in which extraction of an active and a water distribution function are enhanced by using an ultrasonic wave extractor, and more particularly, to a method of producing propolis in which an ultrasonic wave of a multi frequency is generated to effectively extract an active ingredient of propolis extract, and improve solubility, absorption, extraction yield and the like of the extract, and a content of a flavonoid-based material is increased, and additionally shortening of a cycle time of an extraction process, increasing of productivity, lowering of an utility cost, and reducing of a producing cost are achieved to improve productivity.본 발명은 초음파 파동 추출기를 이용하여 유효성분 추출 및 수 분산화 기능을 향상시킨 프로폴리스 제조방법에 관한 것으로써 다주파의 초음파를 발생시켜 프로폴리스 추출물의 유효성분을 효과적으로 추출하며 추출된 추출물에 대해서는 추출물의 용해성, 흡수성, 추출수율 등이 개선되고 플라보노이드계 물질의 함량이 증가되며 이에 더해서 추출공정의 주기시간(Cycle time)의 단축, 생산성 증가, 유틸리티 비용절감 및 생산제조 원가의 절감 효과로 생산성이 향상되도록 한 프로폴리스 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
