PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cerebral nerve/peripheral nerve activation system which activates and revitalize the brain of patient who is diagnosed as a vegetative state from identified or unidentified cause or some cause, a patient diagnosed with autism or Parkinson disease, a physically handicapped person, or a person to be cared, by introducing a brain channel system with simple and easy operation.SOLUTION: The invention provides the system to introduce a light emission transmission substance to the lost brain nerve cell/peripheral nerve cell of the cerebral nerve/peripheral nerve handicapped person in accordance with the degree of the functional disorder level, for assistance of a cerebral nerve cell/peripheral nerve cell.
