This invention is a power generator of a marine animal tracer. It includes a tracer and a fishtail energy generator. The tracer is secured on a marine animal. This tracer can emit certain movement signal when the marine animal moves. The fishtail energy generator contains a fixed generator and a movable generator. The fixed generator can be secured on the tracer. The movable generator is pivoted on a pivoting portion of the tracer. This movable generator is disposed with an elongated swinging element Due to the natural water flow passing by the marine animal, the elongated swinging element causes the movable generator swing back and forth. Hence, a relative swinging movement occurs between the fixed generator and the movable generator so as to generate electricity. So, it can generate electricity by itself.
