CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition for promoting cell proliferation or damaged skin recovery contains an extract of yeast-fermented Imperata cylindrica as an active ingredient. The composition further contains an extract of yeast-fermented mistletoe. The composition also contains an extract of lactobacillus-fermented soybean. The weight ratio of the fermented Imperata cylindrical extract, fermented mistletoe extract and fermented soybean extract is 1-10:1-10:1-10. The yeast includes Saccharomyces cerevisiae, Schizosaccharomyces pombe, or Saccharomyces boulardii.
