The present invention relates to a food cooling and storing device, and more specifically, to a food cooling and storing device which keeps foods at a predetermined state at a low temperature and stores the same in a refrigerator. The food cooling and storing device of the present invention comprises: a housing opened upwardly； an internal tray placed inside the housing, having a cooling space formed such that the internal tray is separated from the housing, and having an accommodating unit opened upwardly； a plurality of food containers mounted on the accommodating unit； a cover member coupled to the housing to open and close the accommodating unit； a refrigerant formed in a fluid state to be filled in the cooling space； and a cooling module placed on the outside of the housing to cool the refrigerant and supplying the cooled refrigerant to the cooling space.
