In the case where fish eggs are conveyed by a conveying gear having a peripheral part provided with a plurality of housing recesses each housing one fish egg, in a water tank into which the fish eggs are introduced, the fish eggs are prevented from being pinched and crushed between the peripheral part of the conveying gear and a guide member when the fish eggs move to the housing recesses. A fish-egg conveying apparatus according to the present invention includes: a water tank (8) into which at least one fish egg is introduced； a conveying gear (61) that rotates in the water tank (8) and has a peripheral part provided with a plurality of housing recesses housing each one of the fish eggs； a guide member (63) disposed along part of the peripheral part of the conveying gear (61) in the water tank (8)； and a removing roller (64) that rotates on an upstream side of the guide member (63) in the water tank (8) in a rotation direction of the conveying gear (61), such that a part of the removing roller (64) opposed to the peripheral part of the conveying gear (61) moves in a direction away from the guide member (63).
