PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an underwater work tool which has a simple structure, is easy to handle, and can perform underwater work such as removal of aquatic plants with a smaller amount of labor work. SOLUTION: An aquatic plant removing tool 100 as an underwater working tool, a mowing section 10 as a working section for performing a predetermined work underwater, a path guiding section 20 for guiding the mowing section 10 in a path direction, a mowing section 10 and a path. It is configured to include a connecting portion 30 that connects the guide portion 20 and an underwater sail 50 that obtains propulsive force by receiving a water flow. The path guide portion 20 is made of a long non-flexible member, and the connecting portion 30 is made of a flexible member.
