The present invention relates a pharmaceutical composition for injection of ibuprofen, comprising ibuprofen or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, and meglumine, and more specifically, to an injectable pharmaceutical composition comprising ibuprofen or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, and meglumine as a solvent, and an EDTA salt as a stabilizer. The pharmaceutical composition according to the present invention comprises an ibuprofen solvent and a liquid solution of ibuprofen, and by including a stabilizer in the solution, may improve the stability of an ibuprofen preparation. Accordingly, the ibuprofen preparation, even when diluted to an administrable concentration for convenient use prior to being stored, does not suffer decomposition and pH changes, thus preventing the efficacy of drug from decreasing due to a decrease in the content of ibuprofen. According to the present invention, an injectable liquid ibuprofen preparation may be stably stored.본 발명은 이부프로펜 또는 그의 약제학적으로 허용 가능한 염 및 메글루민을 포함하는 이부프로펜의 주사용 약제학적 조성물에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세히는, 이부프로펜 또는 그의 약제학적으로 허용 가능한 염, 용해제인 메글루민, 및 안정화제인 EDTA 염을 포함하 주사용 약제학적 조성물이다. 본 발명에 따른 약제학적 조성물은 이부프로펜 용해제 및 이부프로펜의 액상 용액을 포함하며, 상기 용액 내에 안정화제를 첨가함으로써, 이부프로펜 제제의 안정성을 향상시킬 수 있다. 이에 따라 이부프로펜 제제의 간편한 사용을 위해 미리 투여농도로 희석해 보관하더라도 분해가 일어나지 않고 pH 변동이 없기 때문에, 이부프로펜 함량의 저하로 인하여 약효가 유지되지 못하는 것을 방지할 수 있으므로, 본 발명에 따르면 주사용 액상 이부프로펜 제제를 안정적으로 보관할 수 있다.
