The present invention relates to pharmaceutical compositions of Temozolomide comprising amino acid stabilizer and preparation method thereof. Said pharmaceutical compositions comprise Temozolomide or its pharmaceutically acceptable salt and at least one amino acid stabilizer, wherein said amino acid stabilizer is selected from the group consisting of L- alanine, L- glycine, Cysteine analogs or their acceptable salt thereof.
