PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide X-ray fluoroscopic apparatus allowing an operator to easily compare/read a present fluoroscopic image with a past reference image by changing the display area of the reference image when the operator changes an X-ray restriction area while looking at the fluoroscopic image.SOLUTION: The X-ray irradiation area is restricted so that a region of interest of a subject is irradiated with X-rays from an X-ray tube 3 by a movable X-ray restrictor 4, and the X rays penetrating the subject in the restricted X-ray irradiation area is detected by an X-ray plane detector 10. The detected X-ray image data are processed by an image processor 11. The processed present X-ray fluoroscopic image is enlarged by a fluoroscopic image enlarging device 13 and the enlarged image is displayed in a present image display device 14.
