PURPOSE: An acupuncture apparatus using traditional musical scale is provided to stimulate acupuncture points of a patient. CONSTITUTION: An acupuncture apparatus using traditional musical scale comprises a tone frequency generator(100) and a needle unit(300). The tone frequency generator oscillates frequency and outputs modulated frequency for a treatment time according to the frequency of pentatonic scale corresponding to a saved acupuncture program. The needle unit receives the modulated frequency and stimulates acupuncture points in the form of vibration. Piezoelectric materials are embedded between the frequency generator and needle unit and are equipped with an ultrasonic generator.본 발명은 전통음계를 이용한 침술 장치를 공개한다. 이 장치는 오음계의 주파수 및 상기 오음계의 주파수를 변조하여 출력할 수 있는 오음 주파수 생성기； 상기 변조된 주파수의 진동을 인가받아 피시술자의 피부에 침습되어 경혈점을 자극하는 침부；를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 따라서 본 발명에 의할 경우, 침술 시행에 한의학적 오행 개념을 접목시킬 수 있어 피시술자의 체질, 치료 목적 및 환부의 상태에 적합하게 침술을 시행할 수 있고, 음파 자극이 전달되면서 침이 경혈점에서 이탈되거나 삽입방향이 특정방향을 유지하지 못하고 비특이적으로 움직일 수 있는 현상을 방지할 수 있다.
