PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pulse wave signal processing device that allows a pulse wave signal containing information necessary for estimating blood vessel hardness, blood pressure, etc. to be acquired.SOLUTION: In a pulse wave signal processing device 1, a pulse wave signal acquisition unit 13 acquires a pulse wave signal. A first filter unit 15 attenuates a frequency component of a first frequency or more in the pulse wave signal, etc. A second filter unit 17 attenuates a frequency component of a second frequency or more lower than the first frequency in the pulse wave signal. A feature point extraction unit 19 extracts a feature point in the pulse wave signal after the processing by the second filter unit. A division unit 21 divides the pulse wave signal, etc. after the processing by the first filter unit into sections of one pulse wave.
