PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure a large moving amount of a movable part in an actuator.SOLUTION: An actuator includes: a body part 10 formed in a long shape a linear extension/contraction member 20 whose length is changed according to a temperature condition, the linear extension/contraction member 20 being extended to one side in the longitudinal direction of the body part 10, bent by a folding part and extended in an opposite direction as well folding support parts 31 and 32 fixed to the body part 10, for supporting the folding part of the linear extension/contraction member 20 movably in the length direction and a movable part 40 provided so as to move facing the body part 10.
