The present invention relates to a rope for culturing marine algae, which is used when culturing marine algae (or ascidians) such as seaweed, kelp, laver, Capsosiphon fulvescens, and the like by attaching spores thereof, to induce the reliable rooting of the cultured marine algae and to increase the productivity by enlarging the rooting area of the spores. The rope for culturing marine algae comprises: a unit resin line (10) which is formed by combining or twisting a plurality of single yarns into a combined yarn； a base rope line (20) which is formed by twisting a plurality of the unit resin lines (10) in any one of left and right directions； a rope body line (30) which is formed by twisting a plurality of the base rope lines (20) into the shape of a screw； a rooting induction line (40) which is attached in a spiral direction along a groove of the rope body line (30) twisted in the shape of a screw； and a marine algae detachment prevention member (50) which protrudes from the rooting induction line (40) at a uniform interval therefrom, is provided to flutter outward from the rope, and has a fixed length.본 발명은 해조류 양식용 로프에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 바다에 서식하는 미역, 다시마, 김, 매생이 등과 같은 해조류(또는 해초류)가 포자(胞子)를 착생(着生)시켜 양식할 때에 그 양식되는 해조류의 뿌리 활착(活着)을 안정적으로 유도하고, 또한 포자의 착생 표면적을 넓혀 생산량을 증대시킬 수 있는 해조류 양식용 로프에 관한 것으로서 그 구성은, 복수의 단사를 상호 합치시키거나 꼬아서 합사로 형성하여 된 단위수지끈(10)； 상기 단위수지끈(10)을 복수개 구비하여 좌측 또는 우측 중 어느 일측방향으로 꼬아서 형성한 기본로프끈(20)； 상기 기본로프끈(20)；을 복수 가닥 구비하여 상호 스크류 형태로 꼬아서 형성한 로프몸체끈(30)； 상기 스크류 형태로 꼬아서 형성된 로프몸체끈(30)의 골을 따라 나선방향으로 결속되는 활착유도끈(40)； 및 상기 활착유도끈(40)에 일정간격을 두고 돌출되게 형성되어 로프의 외측방향을 향해 나풀거리도록 마련되는 일정길이의 해조류 탈리방지부재(50)；로 이루어진다.
