An algae culture system of the present invention includes a container, an air supply device, a lamp, and a tube unit. The container defines a receiving space. The air supply is used for supplying carbon dioxide to the receiving space. The lamp is used for lighting up the receiving space. The tube unit includes a first tube communicating between the receiving space and the outer environment and a second tube having a valve. The second tube selectively communicates between the receiving space and the outer environment. As such, the elements and the equipment of the present invention are disposed on the container integratedly, sothe whole volume of the present invention can be reduced, thus the present invention does not occupy too much space.
