PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dental stereolithography three-dimensional printing material having excellent dimensional accuracy while suppressing a change with time of a dental three-dimensional model, and a dental three-dimensional model produced by using the material. SOLUTION: In all the atoms constituting the monofunctional acrylate monomer (a) having an aromatic ring, which contains at least one kind of monofunctional acrylate monomer (a) having an aromatic ring and a photopolymerization initiator (b). A dental optical three-dimensional printing material characterized in that the electronegativity difference between adjacent atoms in a covalent bond is less than 1.0. Preferably, a dental optical three-dimensional printing material containing 1-99.9 wt% of a monofunctional acrylate monomer (a) having an aromatic ring and 0.1-5 wt% of a photopolymerization initiator (b).
