PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dental photopolymerizable surface coating material kit which is capable of forming a transparent hardened film having a small amount of an unpolymerized surface layer in a short time by coating the surface of a restored article with a dental photopolymerizable surface coating material and photo-polymerizing the material, improving the smoothness, luster, durability, wear resistance and discoloration resistance of a resin restoration material, and reducing the chipping and separation of the surface coating material, and a method therefor.SOLUTION: A dental photopolymerizable surface coating material kit includes an adhesive for a dental surface coating material, and a photopolymerizable dental surface coating material. The adhesive for the dental surface coating material includes 50-99 pts.wt. of a volatile organic compound, 1-50 pts.wt. of a polymerizable monomer free of an acidic group-containing (meth)acrylate, and 0.01-2 pts.wt. of a photopolymerization initiator.
