PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for culturing Basidiomycetes that can securely prevent microbial contamination by a simple step, omitting the sterilization step and the inoculation/initial culture step in a clean room in the mushroom cultivation.SOLUTION: The method is characterized in that a Streptomycete and a Basidiomycete are inoculated to a mixture in an ordinary room, and cultured at 3-12°C. The mixture is prepared by mixing a culture bed and nutrients with moisture control. The Streptomycete is Streptomyces rimosus.
