A racing pigeon bell assembly structure includes a rear cover, a rotating disk, a bearing, a driver, a localizer, a satellite navigator, a front cover and a controller. The rear cover has a rechargeable battery with a volume chamber at its front lateral surface and an axle seat set at the volume chamber. The axle seat has a bearing slot. The front lateral surface of rotating disk has a plurality of annular arrangement of foot ring slots. The rear lateral surface has a circular slot. An internal gear, a plurality of annular arrangement of locating slots and an axle are set in the circular slot. The bearing is set on the axle and embedded in the bearing slot. The driver comprises a motor set in the volume chamber and a gear wheel capable of being driven by the motor while engagement with the internal gear. The localizer is set in the volume chamber. The localizer has an expandable telescopic stick. The telescopic stick is inserted in one of the locating slots in mean-time. The satellite navigator set in the volume chamber can automatically correct and detect per se a coordinate and time by a satellite. The front cover is combined with the rear cover. It has an input port for allowing involvement of the foot ring so that it can be drop-in the corresponding foot ring slot. The controller is combined on the front cover so as to control the telescopic stick to departure the locating slot and control the driver to drive the rotating disk to rotate. A dead storage time and a coordinate of the foot ring can be recorded automatically based on the coordinate and time detected by the satellite navigator effect of smoothing operation and preventing the rotating disk from snap can be achieved by the above structure.
