PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser radiation treatment device in which a tomogram of the affected area by the OCT system can be observed in the entire 360 degrees while enabling a laser light for treatment to widely irradiate an affected area, and further, a three-dimensional observation image can be obtained, namely, a wide range of treatment is made possible at high speed while observing it in real time.SOLUTION: A laser radiation treatment device includes an optical fiber built in a substantially tubular catheter in a non-rotatable manner, and a motor including a hollow shaft and optical path conversion means on the tip thereof. The optical path conversion means is rotationally driven by a motor to emit beam substantially in a radial direction. The rear end side of the optical fiber is extended to an optical path switching part of a treatment device body, and is connected selectively and optically to either of a laser light emitting part for treatment of the device body and an OCT observation part to make a laser light for treatment irradiate an affected area through the fixed side optical fiber and the optical path conversion means. Thereby, a wide range of laser light emission and a three-dimensional observation image of the OCT can be obtained.COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】患部に治療用のレーザ光を広範囲に照射可能としつつ、OCT方式による患部内部の断層画像を360度全体に観察可能とし、さらには、3次元の観察画像を得る。すなわち広範囲な治療をリアルタイムの観察を行いながら高速で行えるレーザ放射式治療装置を実現する。【解決手段】略チューブ状のカテーテル内に回転不能に内蔵された光ファイバーと、その先端には、中空軸と光路変換手段を有するモータを有し、モータにより回転駆動させられ、光線を略半径方向に放射する光路変換手段を備える。光ファイバーの後端側は、治療装置本体の光路切換え部に伸び、装置本体の治療用レーザ発光部と、OCT観察部のいずれかに、選択的に光学的に接続され、治療用レーザ光を固定側光ファイバーと光路変換手段を通して患部に照射することにより広範囲なレーザ光の放射とOCTの3次元観察画像を得ることが可能になる。【選択図】 図2
