PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ophthalmic laser surgical apparatus capable of properly treating a transparent tissue of a patient eye with a simple configuration.SOLUTION: An ophthalmic laser surgical apparatus condenses pulse laser light into a transparent tissue of a patient eye to generate nonlinear interaction in a condensation position of the pulse laser light in the transparent tissue and treats the transparent tissue. The ophthalmic laser surgical apparatus includes a laser unit 10 and irradiation means. The laser unit has an oscillator for oscillating the pulse laser light, and can emit the pulse laser light having a pulse width of 1 picosecond or more and 200 picoseconds or less, and a wavelength of 300 nanometers or more and 700 nanometers or less. The irradiation means condenses the pulse laser light emitted by the laser unit 10 to a three-dimensional target position inside the transparent tissue.
