Provided is a punching needle for a handpiece which is used to extract hair from a patient′s skin. The handpiece comprises: a main body part； a power generating part provided in the main body； a spindle assembly for transmitting rotational force generated by the power generating part； a punching needle coupled to the front of the spindle assembly and inserted into the patient′s skin while rotating by the rotational force generated by the power generating part； and a depth adjusting member for adjusting the exposure length of the punching needle, wherein the depth adjusting member includes: a first member coupled to the main body part； a second member coupled to the first member； and an elastic member positioned between the first member and the second member, and the second member is coupled to the first member in a state in which the elastic member receives a force biased in the one direction along the longitudinal direction of the handpiece with respect to the first member.본 발명의 일 실시예에 따르면, 환자의 피부로부터 모발을 추출하는데 이용되는 핸드피스가 제공된다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 핸드피스는, 본체부와, 본체부 내에 구비되는 동력발생부와, 동력발생부에서 발생된 회전력을 전달하는 스핀들 조립체와, 스핀들 조립체의 전방에 결합되어 동력발생부에서 발생된 회전력에 의해 회전하면서 환자의 피부 내로 삽입되는 펀칭니들과, 펀칭니들의 노출길이를 조절하는 깊이조절부재를 포함할 수 있다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따르면, 깊이조절부재는 본체부에 결합되는 제1 부재와, 제1 부재에 결합되는 제2 부재와, 제1 부재와 제2 부재 사이에 위치하는 탄성부재를 포함하고, 제2 부재는 탄성부재에 의해 제1 부재에 대해 핸드피스의 길이방향을 따라 일측방향으로 편향된 힘을 받는 상태로 제1 부재에 결합되도록 구성될 수 있다.
