PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a guidewire having a flexible distal end and having a superior device delivery property.SOLUTION: This guidewire is formed by including: a core shaft consisting of a distal portion, a proximal portion, and an intermediate portion that is located between the distal portion and the proximal portion a hollow coil body that covers the distal portion when the distal portion is inserted into the interior and a hollow resin body that covers the intermediate portion when the intermediate portion is inserted into the interior.
