The invention relates to an emulsion of an oil and at least one bioactive protein and/or at least one bioactive peptide. The bioactive protein/peptide is typically extracted from milk, and the oil is typically an edible oil. The invention also relates to a method of producing the emulsion of the invention. The invention also relates to packaging suitable for storing and transporting the emulsion until the mixture is administered. Conveniently the packaging allows the emulsion to be provided in single use, pre-dosed, ready-to-use form. Advantageously the emulsion is both stable and allows for the substantial retention of the activity of the bioactive protein/peptide.L'invention concerne une émulsion d'une huile et d'au moins une protéine bioactive et/ou d'au moins un peptide bioactif. La protéine/le peptide bioacti(f)(ve) est généralement extrait(e) du lait et l'huile est généralement une huile comestible.
