PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a body organ expansion instrument using a self-expandable stent without the position movement of the stent during detention and without the unneeded curvature and damages of a catheter due to excessive winding of a wire for pulling a bound stent to the proximal side.SOLUTION: The body organ expansion instrument 1 has a distal tube 2 having a guide wire lumen 21, a proximal tube 4 fixed to a proximal section of the distal tube 2, a stent receiving tubular member 5 covering the distal side of the distal tube 2 and capable of sliding in the proximal direction, a stent 3 received in the tubular member 5, and a traction wire 6 for moving the tubular member 5 to the proximal side.
