A roller type fluid injection device according to the present invention comprises: an accommodating member having a discharge portion in which a fluid is accommodated and from which the fluid is discharged； and an injection unit connected to the discharge portion of the accommodating member, rolling a needle member against the skin to form fine holes and to open a flow path of the fluid connected from the discharge portion to the needle member side, and injecting the fluid which has passed through the discharge portion of the accommodating member into the skin through the fine holes.본 발명에 따른 롤러형 유체주입장치는, 유체가 수용되며, 상기 유체가 토출되는 토출부가 형성된 수용부재； 및 상기 수용부재의 토출부에 연계되며, 피부에 침부재를 롤링압박하여 미세구멍을 형성시킴과 동시에 상기 토출부로부터 상기 침부재 측으로 이어지는 상기 유체의 유로를 개방시켜, 상기 수용부재의 토출부를 통과한 상기 유체를 상기 미세구멍을 통해 피부에 주입시키는 주입유닛；을 포함한다.
