PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a syringe type spout container capable of spouting a prescribed amount of content in multi-stages in a stable state.SOLUTION: A syringe type spout container has: syringes 20, 30 a rod 10 a piston 85 spouting a content C by push-in of the rod 10 biasing members 40, 50 biasing the rod 10 to a push-out direction and locking means M1, M2 locking the rod 10 to the syringes 20, 30. The locking means M1, M2 have: edge faces f1-f4 formed in the syringes 20, 30 and projections 15, 25 which contact with the edge faces f1-f4 to block push-out of the rod 10 and can be deformed and restored.
