SOLUTION: The skin cosmetic comprises 0.001-1 mass% of a grapefruit seed extracted essence (a), 2-15 mass% of a 4-8C dihydric alcohol (b), 2-10 mass% of a glycerin or a polyglycerin (c) having an average polymerization degree of 2-10 and 0.1-2 mass% of a chelating agent (d).
