PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing device, an imaging device and the like that can perform image synthetic processing to even an image signal of low contrast by suppressing occurence of an artifact.SOLUTION: An image processing device 100 is configured to comprise: an image acquisition unit 110 that performs acquisition processing of a plurality of image signals an evaluation value calculation unit 120 that performs calculation processing of an evaluation value on the basis of an acquired image signal and an image synthetic unit 130 that performs synthetic processing of the plurality of image signals on the basis of the evaluation value. The image acquisition unit 110 acquires a plurality of image signals different in an in-focus object position, and acquires a plurality of pattern image signals different in an in-focus object position photographed by projecting a geometric pattern onto a subject. The evaluation value calculation unit 120 calculates a first evaluation value on the basis of the plurality of pattern image signals, and calculates a second evaluation value on the basis of the plurality of image signals.
