The device (20) has a support (50) in shape of dome, where a curve of the shape of support is adapted to follow a curve of neck and an upper back of an occupant of armchair. The support has slats (22) positioned to engage the shape of the support. The slats are connected with each other by a connection unit (24) i.e. flexible rubber band, to assure a flexible connection between the slats. The support is fixed to a semi-circle shaped bar (21). A separation unit (25) separates entire/portion of the support against the bar to assure adjustment of position of the support relative to the bar.L'invention concerne un dispositif (20) d'aide au positionnement d'une tête, destiné à être fixé sur une base de montage (30) d'un dossier (31) de fauteuil, ledit dispositif (20) étant caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte un support (50) dont la forme est bombée, la courbure de la forme dudit support (50) étant adaptée pour suivre la courbure de la nuque et du haut du dos d'un occupant du fauteuil.
