A cover main portion 12 having a sheet shape formed from two short sides having a length that can surround the surface, and a fastener provided along the two long sides of the cover main portion 12. The cover main part 12 has a cylindrical shape that can surround the outer peripheral surface of the intake pipe in the closed state in which the fasteners are fastened together.
