PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent deterioration of contents by preventing entry of air and by preventing backflow of attached substance attached to a dispensing opening.SOLUTION: This dispensing container 1 comprises: a dispensing cap 6 which is attached to a mouth part 4a of a container body 4 including an outer container 3 having an inner container 2 equipped therein and in which a dispensing opening 5 for dispensing the contents is formed and a valve cylinder 7 provided in the dispensing cap 6 and having a connection passage 7A connecting the dispensing opening 5 and the inside of the inner container 2. An air suction hole 4e for sucking outside air between the outer container and the inner container 2 is formed in the outer container 3. An outside air introducing hole 10 communicating the air suction hole 4e with the outside is formed in the dispensing cap 6. The valve cylinder 7 includes an air valve 7a switching the communication and the interruption between the air suction hole 4e and the outside air introducing hole 10 and a dispensing valve 7b switching the communication and the interruption between the connection passage 7A and the dispensing opening 5.
