PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make outside air flow into a flow path of a male member without a worker being exposed to radiation.SOLUTION: A cap 1 includes: a housing 10 having an inner cavity 10a； a first hole 21 capable of connecting a male member, the first hole 21 that is constituted so as to bring the male member into communication with the inner cavity 10a when connecting the male member to the first hole 21； a second hole 22 constituted so as to bring the inner cavity 10a into communication with the outside； and the one-way valve 23 provided on a path connected to the first hole 21 from the outside through the second hole 22 and the inner cavity 10a.
